- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Over the years I have personally experienced a lot of issues when trying to obtain my medication ( blister pack). My specialist doctor has had to email this pharmacy, to be more obliging. Usually I require a weekly pack, however any deviation from this, becomes an embarrassing argument. I wanted 2 packs, as I was going away, this was denied by blooms & again another argument ensued. After much embarrassment and tears & people looking I eventually received my packs. Today I needed 2 packs again as I am disabled and without my carer,, again this was denied! Tired of fighting for my medication which are life saving, I left with empty hands, I am now without my medication, however over next hour the manager of blooms contacted me, and Offered to arrange for delivery, which is most kind as I live a good 27 Ks away. All sorted in the end, blooms has certainly gone above and beyond!!Milada cernikOctober 12, 2017
