- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪You poor poor woman Ms Collins. Received your response to my complaint. I have to say it smells of arrogant denial. If your precious reception staff feel the need to lie and for you to reflect what happened back on to me only says your inability along with your staff fail to take responsibility for your actions and your lack of management skills is ever present, these Google comments only show that nothing has changed in your Practice and a system generated response means nothing. Do yourself a favor people, dare you say anything to these people's incompetence then you will be banned. There are better places with good staff and Doctors to go to in the area. I know what happened that day and I know I'm not a lier. People talk Ms Collins and there is a sour taste in peopls mouths more than you know towards this Practice.AussieCowboyApril 15, 2017
